2. What data we collect and why

The only place on this site where personal data is collected is the contact form, which asks for your name, email and message. This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.

This site does not use cookies or analytics tools that identify visitors.

3. Recipients and processors

To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors:

Web3Forms: processes the contact form submission and delivers it to our mailbox.
Vercel: website hosting, which may record technical access data (such as the IP address) in its server logs.
ImprovMX: forwarding of email sent to our contact addresses.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any obligations arising from it, and are then deleted.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to contact@andevcreative.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
