These terms govern the use of the website https://andevcreative.com and of the free AnDev Creative web applications accessible from it. Using the site or the applications implies acceptance of these terms.

Applications marked as “paid” do not currently offer online purchase. When paid features or subscriptions are enabled, their specific terms (price, renewal, withdrawal and support) will be published on this page and during the purchase process, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Custom services

Customisation or custom development projects are governed by the quote and conditions agreed in writing in each case, which prevail over these general terms.

5. Intellectual property

The software, design and content of the applications belong to the owner of the site. Using an application does not grant any right over its code or brand.
